Legal and policies
Acceptable Use Policy
Use truthful identities, respect rights, protect others and report harmful activity.
For All visitors, account holders, artists, creators and people submitting material
Prepared October 22, 2026. This early-access version applies to new activity when it is presented and accepted where agreement is required. Earlier bookings keep their recorded terms. The availability of these pages does not enable payments or other provider features. A conditional agreement requires its applicable scope and schedules to be completed separately.
01
Where this policy applies
This policy applies to use of Popriva, operated by Lost Hills LLC, doing business as Popriva, including profiles, images, music, briefs, campaign instructions, video links, messages, support reports and evidence. It forms part of /terms for account use and works with /marketplace-rules, /copyright and /promotion-rights. Reporters do not need to create an account or agree to marketing to contact us.
02
Protect people
- Do not threaten, extort, stalk, dox or harass anyone, encourage violence, or promote hatred or discrimination against protected groups. A dispute over a video does not justify contacting a creator's family or exposing private information.
- Do not sexually exploit children, solicit sexual material from minors, or distribute child sexual abuse material. Do not publish nonconsensual intimate images or sexual deepfakes, or threaten to publish them. Do not send such files to ordinary support as evidence.
- Do not request dangerous stunts, self-harm encouragement, illegal activity or exploitative conduct in a brief. Do not pressure people to perform unsafe work or to ignore required permissions or age restrictions.
- Do not publish another person's private information, identity documents, financial details or sensitive personal information without a lawful and necessary reason. Use the appropriate protected channel when a lawful investigation requires sensitive evidence.
03
Be truthful and respect creative rights
- Use accounts and artist identities you are authorized to represent. Do not impersonate people or organizations, forge ownership permissions, submit fabricated support claims, or create accounts to bypass restrictions.
- Do not upload stolen profile photos, commission unlicensed music promotion, submit someone else's video as your own, or falsely claim a license or endorsement. Copyright and other rights complaints use /copyright.
- Do not buy or sell fake views, followers, clicks or engagement; manipulate screenshots or verification data; coordinate sham bookings; or use the service for payment fraud, money laundering or evading provider checks.
- Disclose paid promotion and other material connections under /promotion-rights. Do not demand false praise, conceal advertising, make unsupported claims, or retaliate against honest lawful reviews or good-faith reports.
04
Protect accounts and systems
Do not introduce malware, phishing links or malicious files; steal credentials; bypass authorization; access another workspace or private record; overload the service; or collect account, creator or customer data through unauthorized scraping. Do not use connected social accounts or payment tools without permission. Never share passwords or authentication codes to complete a booking.
This policy does not remove rights that applicable law protects, including lawful reporting, legal process or authorized research. Security testing still needs authorization where required. Report a suspected vulnerability to [email protected] with enough information to investigate, avoiding unnecessary access to or disclosure of other people's data. No bounty, testing authorization or safe-harbor promise is created by this paragraph.
05
How to report a concern
Account holders can use the relevant campaign or support case flow. Anyone, including a person without an account, can contact [email protected] with the subject 'Safety report' or the type of concern. Include the relevant Popriva page, account handle, booking or message reference, a short explanation, and a safe way to contact you. Report only the personal information necessary to investigate. Do not upload harmful intimate imagery or illegal child abuse material; provide location information instead.
For imminent danger, contact local emergency services. Popriva support is not an emergency service. If the material is also on TikTok or another service, use that service's reporting tools; a Popriva restriction does not remove a third-party post.
We use reports to assess policy breaches, protect users and handle disputes. We may seek clarification, notify the affected account, preserve relevant lawful evidence, or disclose necessary information to providers or authorities where permitted or required. We cannot promise anonymity, absolute confidentiality, a particular decision or a general response deadline. Tell us about safety concerns before we share report details.
06
Intimate-image safety reports
Use [email protected] with the subject 'Intimate-image removal request' if an intimate image or video of you, including an altered or AI-generated depiction, appears on Popriva without your consent. You or an authorized representative should identify its location, explain briefly that publication was not consensual and why, provide a physical or electronic signature and give contact details for a safe reply. Consent to creating an image does not itself establish consent to its publication. You do not need to own copyright in the image to report this harm.
Where the US TAKE IT DOWN Act applies to Popriva as a covered platform, a valid removal request triggers removal as soon as possible and within 48 hours, with reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies within that period. This conditional legal requirement is separate from ordinary support targets and copyright counter-notices. A copyright counter-notice does not authorize restoration of unlawful intimate imagery. Mark this type of request clearly so it can be prioritized; the statutory deadline, where applicable, is not paused by a weekend, an ordinary support queue or a copyright appeal.
07
Enforcement and review
Depending on the seriousness, evidence and risk, Popriva may request correction, restrict material, limit features, suspend or terminate access, or refer a matter to a provider or lawful authority. Repeated or severe breaches may justify stronger action. We consider credible evidence, relevant context and mistakes rather than treating an allegation as a final finding.
Where appropriate, we explain the affected material or action, the rule relied on and how to seek review. Notice may be delayed or limited when necessary for safety, legal restrictions or the integrity of an investigation. To contest an error, reply through the relevant case or contact [email protected] with the decision reference, explanation and supporting information. An authorized staff reviewer considers the request. Our targets for general reports and reviews are acknowledgement within three business days and a substantive response within 15 business days, with updates if more time is needed. Those targets do not replace shorter statutory deadlines or urgent safety handling.
Account enforcement and money decisions are distinct. A restriction does not automatically forfeit every valid earned amount. Holds, refunds, chargebacks and adjustments must follow the applicable contract, evidence, provider requirements and law. We preserve necessary records according to /privacy and applicable legal holds. Nothing here prevents lawful reporting to a regulator or use of mandatory legal remedies.
