Artist and Buyer Terms
Terms for preparing briefs, choosing creators, funding videos and reviewing work.
For Artists, labels, managers, buyers and their authorized teams

The availability of these pages does not enable payments or other provider features. A conditional agreement requires its applicable scope and schedules to be completed separately.

Parties and scope
Popriva is operated by Lost Hills LLC, doing business as Popriva, formed in Wyoming, United States. Public mailing address: 1480 Colorado Blvd, Ste 200A #209, Los Angeles, CA 90041, United States. Contact: [email protected].
Effective date: October 22, 2026; applies when this version is presented for new activity and accepted where agreement is required. Document version: 2026-10-22-legal-1. These terms do not replace your previously accepted booking agreement.
These terms supplement /terms for artists, labels, managers and authorized organization members purchasing creator work. The artist commissions the accepted creator to supply the agreed video-posting service. Popriva supplies the marketplace, booking coordination and payment administration. Popriva administers charges, receipts and refunds through its payment provider. This allocation does not exclude any responsibility the law places on Popriva as platform, payment-collecting party or supplier. Individual artists and business buyers may use the service. The protections that apply depend on your actual legal status and transaction, not simply the account label. Non-excludable consumer rights prevail.
02
Authority and music rights
You must be authorized to act for the named buyer and to commission the requested paid promotion. You must have the rights and permissions necessary for use of the master recording, composition, artwork, trademarks, names, likenesses and other supplied assets in the accepted creator posting. A TikTok sound link, public availability, distributor upload or claim of ownership is not by itself proof of commercial-use clearance.
Give creators accurate restrictions on territories, accounts, content and music use. Do not instruct them to infringe another person’s rights, hide paid relationships or make misleading endorsements. Promptly notify Popriva and affected participants of a claim or restriction relevant to ongoing work.
03
Preparing a complete brief
Your brief identifies the song and sound, creative direction, required elements, prohibited content, any minimum duration, the required public period and the revision allowance. New briefs allow zero to five revisions within the purchased creator offer. Categories aid discovery; they do not guarantee suitability. Review the complete brief before funding.
The standard purchase covers one original TikTok video on each selected account. Required public days are as expressly accepted; they do not create an extra earnings hold. Once booked, material scope, rights or price changes need agreement rather than an edit to the general website.
04
Selection, price and funding
Select the exact creator accounts and review each published gross fixed price and revision allowance. The planning budget is a guide. For current creator-commission purchases, Checkout funds the sum of selected accounts’ gross fixed prices without an added artist service fee. Historical added-fee bookings retain their disclosed purchased fees. No view bonus is included in new fixed-price bookings.
Payment currency is shown before purchase; current bookings use USD. Popriva supplies a transaction receipt for the payment it administers and an invoice for its own service fees where required. The legally responsible supplier supplies any required invoice for the creator service. Each party remains responsible for its legally owed taxes. Any tax collected at purchase must be identified before payment; a checkout that collects no tax does not establish exemption. Popriva must determine any collection, withholding and reporting duties before enabling transactions for a market. Any separate permitted charge must be shown before payment.
A successful browser return alone does not establish captured funding or creator acceptance. Provider confirmation and the recorded booking state determine whether the purchase is funded. Adding accounts requires a new selection and payment for the new accounts; changing a creator’s later published price does not change an existing funded price.
05
Invitations and creator commitment
A funded invitation gives the selected creator 48 hours to respond. Payment does not require the creator to accept. After acceptance, the creator has 48 hours to submit the agreed video, subject to the recorded deadline and applicable support decision. A declined or expired invitation releases unearned allocation for refund treatment under /refund-policy.
Do not treat an invitation as a promise of delivery before acceptance. Do not cancel accepted work merely to obtain free creative work. Changes or cancellation after acceptance require review of the accepted agreement, actual performance, applicable rights and the Refund Policy.
06
Review and revisions
You have 72 hours after a verified submission to review it. Approve conforming work, request a correction within the agreed brief and remaining revision allowance, or raise a specific factual dispute. A creator has 48 hours for an accepted revision request. New creative direction, extra videos, a different song and new advertising rights are outside an in-scope correction.
If there is no response by the review deadline, verified work is eligible for automatic approval only when verification, funding and dispute and safety checks are clear. Processing may wait for these checks or an applicable review. You cannot unilaterally reject fixed-price work to bypass its dispute process. Approved earnings have no additional three-day validation hold.
A timely dispute may hold unreleased earnings while investigated. A later specific complaint is still reviewable, but does not automatically reopen the review window, freeze released earnings or authorize a clawback. The required public period remains a separate accepted obligation.
07
Creator content and excluded usage
Creators keep ownership of their original work, subject to music and third-party rights. The standard brief is creator posting only. Downloading, reposting, editing, paid advertising, Spark Ads authorization, whitelisting, exclusivity, off-platform reuse and ownership transfer are not included. Viewing the post or purchasing its creation does not grant these rights.
Any additional license must be separately and expressly agreed, specifying authorized parties, permitted media and uses, territory, duration, edits, music clearance, compensation and any revocation or expiry conditions. No such additional license is supplied by these general terms.
08
Performance and third-party restrictions
A purchased video is a creative deliverable, not a guaranteed audience or business outcome. No view, follower, streaming, chart, sales or revenue result is guaranteed. TikTok may change distribution, remove content, limit music or suspend accounts. Tell support promptly about removal, an unavailable sound or a safety or rights issue so the specific obligation and available remedy can be reviewed.
09
Refunds, disputes and records
Unused allocation, cancellation, defective or missing work, provider reversals and complaints are addressed in /refund-policy. No creator commission is earned on unused gross funding, and private creator commission does not reduce the artist’s unused-funds refund. Approved work and statutory remedies are assessed separately.
Keep your purchase confirmation, accepted brief, selected accounts, funding evidence and relevant messages. Contact [email protected] or the booking support route with the booking identifier, specific issue and requested remedy. Support discussion alone does not approve a refund or alter the ledger.
10
Purchase acknowledgement
The purchase agreement should identify the selected accounts, fixed gross total, currency, any applicable tax, revision allowance and 48-hour response, 48-hour submission, 48-hour revision and 72-hour review windows. Purchase acknowledgement: “I authorize this purchase, have permission to commission the paid promotion, and agree to the Artist Terms and Refund Policy for the selected accounts and recorded brief.”
Where applicable law gives a consumer a withdrawal period, the consumer receives the required information and any separate request to start work early before that work starts. Any loss or proportionate reduction of withdrawal rights must satisfy the applicable service-contract rules and be separately recorded; a generic booking checkbox is not a waiver. If the necessary process is not available, the service must not start early on the assumption that the consumer has waived a right.
