Early-access version · 2026-10-22-legal-1

Prepared October 22, 2026. This early-access version applies to new activity when it is presented and accepted where agreement is required. Earlier bookings keep their recorded terms. The availability of these pages does not enable payments or other provider features. A conditional agreement requires its applicable scope and schedules to be completed separately.

Scope and related agreements

These rules describe new fixed-price bookings on Popriva, operated by Lost Hills LLC, doing business as Popriva. Read them with /terms, /artist-terms, /creator-terms, /refund-policy, /acceptable-use and /promotion-rights. Mandatory legal rights continue to apply. Specific accepted booking terms identify the deliverable, account, price, commission, deadlines, revisions and permitted usage; they do not authorize unlawful work or override mandatory rights.

Existing bookings remain governed by their recorded accepted versions. Historical claim, view-bonus and measurement arrangements are not converted into new fixed-price bookings by this page. Features described here apply when enabled for your account; joining the launch list or receiving pilot access does not promise that paid bookings are available.

02

Availability and selected accounts

Artists prepare a brief and select particular creator accounts at the displayed prices. Eligible creators receive funded invitations after the applicable permission, moderation, account and payment checks. A planning budget, selection or checkout success screen alone is not an accepted booking or authoritative confirmation of funding.

Creators must control the selected social account and meet the applicable account, identity, payment and country requirements. The minimum age is 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement and supported service countries are Worldwide, subject to applicable law, sanctions, platform eligibility and the payment provider’s supported countries; availability of an account does not guarantee eligibility to buy, accept work or receive payouts in every country. A profile, selection or invitation is not a guarantee of work, future invitations, audience reach or earnings. Popriva creator profiles are available through authenticated, authorized product access; do not assume that they are public directories.

03

What acceptance records

Before accepting, check the official sound, original video requirements, selected account, gross price, privately disclosed creator commission and net earnings, submission deadline, revision allowance, minimum live period and any expressly agreed usage license. Acceptance records the applicable brief and payment terms. Later edits to a profile, price or commission do not rewrite that record.

A material change to accepted work needs a documented agreement or a new offer through the applicable workflow. Neither party may demand additional work, a different account, more revisions or advertising rights by changing the brief after acceptance. If the workflow cannot record a proposed change, contact support before relying on it.

04

Response, submission and revision deadlines

A creator has 48 hours to accept or decline a funded invitation. An accepted new fixed-price booking provides 48 hours to publish and submit the agreed original TikTok video, using the selected account and official sound. Follow the exact deadline displayed for that booking. Declining or allowing an invitation to expire does not earn payment.

Revisions are included only within the purchased package and the accepted allowance. A valid revision request must identify a specific unmet requirement in the accepted brief; it cannot add a new creative direction or expand the license. Each valid revision request provides 48 hours for resubmission. If the allowance is exhausted or a request is disputed, use the dispute process rather than demanding more unpaid work.

A missed initial submission deadline may cancel the booking and make its allocation refundable under /refund-policy. A submission received on time and awaiting platform verification is not treated as non-submission solely because verification is pending. Revision deadline concerns require support review; do not assume the initial cancellation rule automatically decides them.

05

Verification and the 72-hour review

The artist has 72 hours from submission to review the video against the accepted brief. A valid resubmission starts a new 72-hour review period. Review may check account ownership, the submitted post, public availability, sound, disclosure, required deliverables and safety. Provider data or a manual check supports verification; it is not a prediction of artistic success or commercial results.

Approval requires submission verification to pass and the booking to be clear of relevant disputes, safety holds and funding issues. After the review window, no artist response permits automatic approval only if those conditions are satisfied. The timer alone does not guarantee approval, immediate release or arrival in a bank account. New fixed-price bookings do not add a separate three-day validation period.

Approve compliant work or request agreed changes within the review window. Low views, a change of taste or a requirement absent from the accepted brief is not by itself a valid reason to withhold the agreed price. Artists seeking rejection or a refund for a disputed fixed-price submission must open a dispute; they cannot unilaterally use rejection to decide the financial outcome.

06

Disputes, holds and decisions

Raise a booking dispute in the product during the 72-hour review period and identify the booking, disputed requirement, requested outcome and relevant evidence. Later specific concerns can be reported through support, but a later complaint does not automatically reverse released earnings. If you cannot access the account, contact [email protected] and identify the booking without sending passwords or payment credentials.

Authorized staff may restrict access or pause unreleased funds while investigating documented safety, rights, verification, fraud or funding concerns. Financial action must follow the applicable payment and refund terms and an auditable decision; a complaint does not by itself prove wrongdoing. Fixed-price financial disputes are resolved through the authorized administrator process, with recorded reasons and the applicable release, partial release or refund outcome.

Ask [email protected] to review a decision you believe rests on an error, identifying the decision and new or overlooked evidence. An authorized staff reviewer considers the request; financial dispute resolutions require the authorized administrator process. We aim to acknowledge general review requests within three business days and provide a substantive response within 15 business days, or explain why more time is needed. Shorter mandatory legal deadlines take priority. We arrange any additional review required by applicable law. Reasonable notice and explanations may be limited where disclosure would create a safety risk, compromise an investigation or violate law. Product review does not remove available court, regulator or mandatory consumer remedies.

07

Integrity, safety and keeping posts available

Do not buy engagement, falsify metrics or evidence, impersonate another creator, submit another account's work, manipulate selections or payments, or retaliate against a person who reports a concern. Artists may not request hidden advertising, illegal claims or unsafe content. Creators may not hide a paid connection or knowingly submit unlicensed material.

Keep the post available for the minimum live period expressly accepted in the brief. A universal additional live period is not created by this page. If the accepted brief does not state a required period, ask before acceptance rather than assuming one. Safety, legal or platform requirements may require correction or removal; notify support, preserve lawful evidence and follow /promotion-rights. Never keep harmful or unlawful material online merely to preserve a payment claim.

Retain relevant lawful booking evidence and use the established case process. Popriva handles retained case records under /privacy and the approved retention schedule. Advertising use, reposting, editing and whitelisting require explicit rights; payment or approval alone does not transfer ownership. Refund eligibility, creator commission, transfer timing and bank settlement remain governed by their separate terms.
