What we collect, why we use it, who can access it, and the choices available to artists and creators.
Optional support chat
Signed-in customers can open human support chat hosted on Popriva's VPS. Chat loads when requested and uses a signed account identifier, your display name, login email and verification status, account type and signup date, creator profile and connected account handles, artist workspace memberships, messages and conversation metadata. Your browser communicates only with Popriva; a protected session cookie links chat to your signed-in account. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, bank details or identity documents in chat.
Native account downloads include support cases but do not automatically include Chatwoot transcripts. Ask through the account privacy request process for an assisted chat export or deletion review. Support records and backups follow the approved retention and dispute-hold process. Chat conversations do not themselves approve profile reviews, refunds or payments.
Scope and roles
This notice applies to Popriva pilot applications, accounts, artist workspaces, creator profiles, campaign participation, support cases, and public profile pages. The legal entity acting as controller and its registered contact must be confirmed before any paid pilot begins.
Information we handle
- Account identity, email verification, security events, session and role information.
- Artist, team, song, rights, budget, brief, campaign, funding, refund, and support information.
- Creator profile, country, categories, portfolio, TikTok connection and public-video evidence, participation, review, earning, and payout-readiness information.
- Technical logs needed for security, reliability, rate limiting, incident response, and financial audit. Do not submit government IDs, banking details, health data, or other sensitive information in free-text fields.
Purposes and access
- Operate accounts, verify eligibility, enforce campaign rules, prevent abuse, provide support, and keep auditable records.
- Only authorized staff and relevant workspace members should see non-public information. Artists do not receive creators' private authentication, commission rates, loyalty tiers, net earnings, payout, or unrelated account data.
- Service providers may process hosting, storage, email, analytics, TikTok, payment, and security data only after the production provider list and agreements are approved.
Retention and deletion
Pilot-interest records, account data, campaign evidence, financial records, and security logs require different retention periods. Popriva provides export, deletion-request, and withdrawal controls, but may retain minimized records where required for fraud prevention, disputes, tax, accounting, legal claims, or platform safety. A final retention schedule and subprocessor list remain release gates.
- You can request an export or deletion from account settings.
- Open work, balances, disputes, ownership obligations, or legal holds may temporarily block deletion.
- Public creator visibility can be withdrawn separately from full account deletion.
Your choices
- Correct profile and account information.
- Disconnect TikTok or withdraw public-profile visibility, subject to evidence-retention requirements for accepted work.
- Withdraw a pending deletion request during the stated grace period.
- Ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or an explanation of a decision through the in-product privacy case flow.
Platform terms
The baseline rules for accounts, workspaces, pilot access, acceptable use, and changes to the service.
Early-access status
Popriva is an invitation-based pilot. Applying, joining a waitlist, creating an account, or browsing an opportunity does not guarantee acceptance, campaign availability, creator work, payment, or continued access. Paid activity remains disabled until the applicable artist or creator terms are presented and accepted.
Accounts and authority
- Use accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected account misuse.
- You must be legally able to enter these terms and satisfy the pilot age and country rules once published.
- If you act for an artist, label, manager, company, or team, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization and submit its materials.
- Workspace roles grant different permissions; do not share an account to work around access controls.
Service rules
- Follow the acceptable-use, marketplace, rights, disclosure, creator, artist, and refund rules that apply to your activity.
- Do not scrape, probe, reverse engineer, overload, impersonate, or use the service to violate another person's rights.
- Popriva may pause access, campaigns, claims, transfers, or publication to investigate safety, fraud, rights, provider, legal, or financial risk.
Content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of material you submit. You grant Popriva the limited rights needed to host, review, display, moderate, and operate the pilot. Campaign participation does not transfer ownership of a creator's video or an artist's music except as expressly stated in accepted campaign terms.
- Only submit material you are authorized to use.
- Do not assume that a campaign grants rights beyond the named platform, territory, term, sound, deliverables, or usage stated in its accepted brief.
- Popriva branding and software may not be copied or used to imply endorsement.
Suspension, changes, and liability
Popriva may change or discontinue pilot features and will not silently rewrite an already accepted campaign brief or reward. Final governing law, liability limits, warranties, dispute venue, entity identity, and required consumer terms must be approved before these draft terms govern paid activity.
Marketplace rules
How campaigns become available, what creators accept, how work is reviewed, and when rewards can be earned.
Campaign availability
- Only campaigns that have customer-confirmed promotion permission and pass content review, are funded, are in date, and have remaining capacity may be discoverable or claimable.
- Availability can change before a claim is completed. A listing is not a promise of work.
- Fixed-reward campaigns are the launch target. Verified-view rewards remain a separately gated test until measurement and provider evidence are proven.
Claims and immutable terms
- A successful claim reserves the stated capacity for a limited time and records the exact brief, deliverables, reward, and terms version accepted by the creator.
- Creators must review country eligibility, deadlines, disclosure rules, official sound, prohibited content, and usage conditions before accepting.
- Artists cannot silently change accepted terms. Material changes require a new version and may require renewed consent or cancellation.
Submission and review
- Creators must submit their own eligible public post and retain it for the minimum live period stated in the accepted brief.
- Staff review checks the accepted brief, required disclosure, official sound, public availability, and prohibited content. Human review does not guarantee platform performance.
- A rejected or revision-requested submission receives a reason and the available next step. Appeals and safety concerns belong in a support case.
Earnings and transfers
A displayed reward is not earned merely by claiming or posting. It becomes an earning only after the required approval or final measurement. An earning may still be pending transfer to a connected payout account. Provider settlement, tax reporting, negative balances, reversals, disputes, and payout-country rules must be finalized before paid work begins.
Fairness and manipulation
- No bought or manipulated engagement, misleading identity, duplicate claims, self-dealing, coordinated fraud, or attempts to evade limits.
- Do not pressure a creator to make undisclosed or unsafe claims, or retaliate for raising a concern.
- Popriva may preserve evidence, pause related funds, limit accounts, or refer conduct to providers or authorities where appropriate.
Creator terms
What creators promise when they accept a campaign and how review, earnings, disclosures, and removals work.
Eligibility
- Use your own accurate creator identity and a social account you control.
- Meet the campaign's country, profile, account-connection, safety, and active-work limits.
- Do not claim paid work until payout and verification requirements shown before acceptance can be completed.
Your work
- Read the exact brief and create original work that meets its deliverables without violating platform rules or another person's rights.
- Use the official sound and required advertising or paid-promotion disclosure.
- Do not publish unsafe, deceptive, discriminatory, infringing, or manipulated content.
- Keep the post public for the minimum period in the accepted terms unless safety, law, platform enforcement, or Popriva instructions require removal.
Review and evidence
You authorize Popriva to retain the accepted terms, submitted link, public post evidence, review decisions, and necessary metrics for campaign operations, appeals, fraud prevention, and financial audit. A staff check or connected-platform signal does not transfer ownership of your account.
- Respond to revision requests within the stated reservation or review window.
- Raise appeals or safety issues through a support case rather than deleting evidence without notice.
- Do not reconnect another person's TikTok account or misrepresent public metrics.
Account prices and artist-selected bookings
Each TikTok account can publish its own base price and up to five increasing view-bonus milestones. An artist accepts the exact package and funds its maximum through Stripe. A funded invitation is not a commitment to create work until you accept its brief; your response deadline is 48 hours, followed by a separate 48-hour submission deadline after acceptance. Price edits apply to future purchases and do not change funded invitations.
- Approved videos earn their purchased gross base, even at zero eligible views; the accepted creator commission is deducted to calculate net earnings. The highest qualifying bonus applies; milestone bonuses do not stack.
- Views count from verified publication for 14 days. The final API check can occur up to 15 minutes after the cutoff. A three-day validation hold follows final calculation and approval.
- Do not buy views or use paid promotion to claim view bonuses. Missing provider evidence protects the approved base and holds the bonus for investigation; unresolved evidence can be resolved by independent staff honoring the full purchased maximum without inventing a view count.
- One normal Stripe transfer combines base and bonus. Transfer to your Stripe account is separate from bank payout and its timing.
Creator commission and loyalty
For creator-commission bookings, published base prices and view bonuses are gross amounts. Popriva deducts the commission shown privately before acceptance from earned base and earned bonuses. The creator receives the recorded gross earning less their privately accepted commission. No additional Popriva commission is charged on the resulting standard transfer or bank payout. The exact rate, policy version, gross and net previews are shown before acceptance and locked for that booking; later tier improvements apply to future acceptances. Historical accepted bookings keep their original terms.
- The applicable USD loyalty schedule, exact thresholds and current commission rate are available in the authenticated creator workspace. Qualifying campaign and earned-gross milestones must both be met.
- Each creator-campaign group counts at most once across social accounts. Only paid, validated, positive earned work qualifies. Cancelled, declined, unpaid, fraudulent or fully refunded work does not qualify; partial corrections adjust qualifying gross. Unused bonuses never qualify.
- Earned tiers do not expire through inactivity. Progress can be held for documented fraud or payment review. Confirmed fraud or erroneous awards may receive an audited prospective correction with notice and a support appeal; accepted booking rates remain fixed.
- Commission and net earnings are private to the creator and authorized finance staff. Artists see their gross work prices, funding and refunds.
Rewards, tax, and reversals
Fixed rewards are earned after approval, not at claim time. View-based amounts remain provisional until the defined measurement window and cap are finalized. Transfer timing, fees, payout-country eligibility, tax forms, chargebacks, reversals, negative balances, and abandonment rules must be presented in final terms before paid activity.
License and portfolio
You keep ownership of your original video, subject to music and third-party rights. Any artist reposting, advertising, editing, whitelisting, or off-platform usage needs the explicit license in the accepted campaign terms. Public Popriva profile visibility is optional and can be withdrawn prospectively, subject to retained campaign evidence.
Artist terms
The rights, funding, brief, review, and creator-treatment rules for music owners and authorized teams.
Authority and music rights
- You have authority to act for the named artist or organization and to accept campaign terms.
- You control or have secured the sound recording, composition, artwork, name, likeness, platform sound, territory, and campaign rights needed for the proposed use.
- Confirm that you have permission to commission paid creator promotion using the song. Promptly report any claim or restriction that affects the campaign.
Briefs and creator treatment
- Provide a lawful, specific, achievable brief with clear deliverables, prohibited content, disclosure, deadline, minimum live period, and usage terms.
- Do not request deceptive endorsements, undisclosed advertising, unsafe conduct, discriminatory targeting, artificial engagement, or rights you have not paid for.
- Accepted creator terms cannot be silently changed. Treat creators fairly and use support/review channels for disputes.
Funding and campaign state
A campaign is not live merely because a payment screen or client-side confirmation succeeds. Popriva must receive authoritative provider evidence, complete moderation and confirm the customer’s promotion permission, and confirm the eligible budget. Funding, platform fees, currency, tax, refunds, chargebacks, unused budget, and campaign-cancellation treatment must be approved for the launch model before paid activity.
Review and use of work
- Review submitted work promptly and only against the accepted brief and policy.
- Do not download, repost, edit, advertise with, whitelist, or otherwise use a creator's work beyond the accepted license.
- Report rights, safety, fraud, or platform concerns through the case workflow so evidence and fund state remain auditable.
Select accounts at their published prices
Choose specific creator accounts after preparing your brief and planning budget. Compare their work, base prices, custom bonus tables and maximum costs. For creator-commission purchases, Checkout funds the sum of selected accounts' maximum gross prices and any applicable tax, without an added artist service fee. Historical added-fee purchases keep their purchased terms and disclosed fee; it does not multiply the largest price across all accounts. Purchase does not guarantee creator acceptance or future views.
- Every selected account retains its purchased prices. You cannot lower its bonus cap or substitute another account after payment.
- Creators may decline or let a funded invitation expire. Released creator allocation is eligible for refund review. Accepted work and valid earnings remain protected.
- Adding accounts requires a new accepted selection and Checkout for only the new accounts. Unused bonus allocation is refundable after obligations and reconciliation resolve.
Team responsibility
The workspace owner controls membership and remains responsible for its team's actions, authority, campaign instructions, and confidential information. Ownership and role changes do not erase accepted campaign obligations or financial records.
Refund and cancellation policy
What may happen to an artist's campaign funds when work is unavailable, cancelled, approved, disputed, or reversed.
Current release boundary
Paid pilot activity is not enabled under this draft. Final refund timing, fees, tax treatment, payment-provider flow, chargeback responsibility, creator negative-balance treatment, and governing consumer rules are release-blocking decisions.
Before a campaign is live
- A failed or abandoned payment does not create available campaign funds.
- A campaign that lacks confirmed promotion permission or fails moderation, provider, or readiness checks must not publish.
- Where funds were captured but the campaign cannot open, the operator must reconcile the provider event and apply the approved cancellation/refund policy rather than relying on the browser result.
After claims or approved work
- Reserved capacity and creator earnings must be protected from unrelated artist withdrawals.
- Cancellation cannot erase accepted creator terms, completed review, a valid earning, open dispute, or evidence-retention duty.
- Unused, unreserved budget may become refundable only after pending claims, reviews, disputes, reversals, fees, and reconciliation are resolved.
Unused creator-commission allocation
Unused gross funding from a declined or expired invitation, or an unearned bonus, is eligible for refund after obligations and review resolve. No commission is earned on that unused allocation. For example, $150 funded and $100 gross earned leaves $50 unused; the creator's private commission does not reduce the artist's unused-funds refund. A refund request is not a confirmed refund. Accepted work, earned amounts, disputes and mandatory consumer rights are reviewed separately. Historical added-fee purchases retain their purchased refund terms.
Disputes, chargebacks, and reversals
Popriva may pause publication, claims, refunds, and transfers while a payment dispute, chargeback, suspected fraud, or provider reversal is investigated. The financial ledger and provider records determine the state; support messages do not directly change balances. Final notice and appeal rules must be approved before launch.
How to request help
Artists should open a billing or campaign support case from the relevant workspace. Include the campaign, the requested outcome, and a short explanation, but never send bank credentials, full card details, passwords, or authentication codes.
Acceptable use
The conduct and content that are not allowed in profiles, music, briefs, videos, messages, evidence, or platform activity.
Safety and unlawful activity
- No content or conduct that is illegal, exploitative, threatening, harassing, hateful, or promotes serious harm.
- No sexual exploitation, abuse material, grooming, non-consensual intimate material, or unsafe involvement of minors.
- No instructions or transactions for weapons, controlled substances, fraud, trafficking, or other prohibited goods and services.
Rights and authenticity
- Do not submit music, artwork, video, identity, or metrics that you do not own or have authority to use.
- Do not impersonate people or organizations, falsify eligibility, obscure sponsorship, or make deceptive claims.
- Do not buy, automate, exchange, or otherwise manipulate views, engagement, evidence, applications, referrals, or reviews.
Platform security
- Do not probe, scan, scrape, overload, disrupt, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, or attempt to access another user's data.
- Do not share credentials, authentication links, tokens, payout access, or private evidence.
- Report suspected vulnerabilities privately and do not exploit them or access unnecessary data.
Campaign standards
- No dangerous stunts, deceptive endorsements, undisclosed paid promotion, discriminatory eligibility, or pressure to violate TikTok or other platform rules.
- No briefs that demand unrelated sensitive personal information or private-account access.
- No retaliation against a user who declines work, appeals review, reports safety concerns, or exercises privacy rights.
Enforcement
Popriva may remove content, stop a campaign, pause claims or money movement, limit visibility, preserve evidence, suspend access, or refer serious matters to providers or authorities. Decisions should be proportionate, documented, and appealable where safety and law permit.
Accessibility statement
How we are working toward an inclusive experience and how to report a barrier or request another format.
Our commitment
Popriva aims to support keyboard navigation, visible focus, meaningful headings and labels, text alternatives, reduced motion, readable contrast, responsive layouts, and clear error recovery. Accessibility is part of release quality, not an optional enhancement.
Current status
The public landing experience includes semantic landmarks, focus styling, reduced-motion handling, and responsive layouts. The full authenticated product and third-party payment or social-provider surfaces still require assistive-technology and browser testing before a paid pilot.
Known limitations
- Some complex tables, charts, upload previews, and third-party embedded or redirected experiences may need additional screen-reader and zoom validation.
- User-supplied artwork, profile images, external links, and social videos may not always have complete text alternatives.
- Policy content and product messages are currently available in English only.
Feedback and accommodation
Account holders can open a support case and label it accessibility. Describe the page, task, assistive technology or device if relevant, and the format or accommodation that would help. Do not include sensitive medical information. A public pre-account accessibility contact and response-time commitment remain launch gates.
Review plan
- Keyboard-only, zoom/reflow, contrast, reduced-motion, high-contrast, screen-reader, validation-error, timeout, and mobile-orientation checks.
- Review against the accessibility standard selected for the launch jurisdictions.
- Record, prioritize, retest, and publish material known issues before paid access expands.
Cookie notice
The essential storage needed for security and account sessions, plus the choices required before optional analytics are enabled.
Essential storage
Popriva may use strictly necessary cookies or browser storage to maintain a secure session, complete authentication, prevent cross-site request forgery, remember short-lived security state, enforce rate limits, and route requests. Disabling essential storage may prevent sign-in or protected features from working.
Optional analytics and advertising
Optional analytics, attribution, advertising, profiling, and cross-site tracking must remain off until the production tools, lawful basis, consent experience, retention, and vendor terms are approved. Popriva does not claim that optional tracking is currently active merely because the product plan mentions analytics.
Third-party services
Opening TikTok, Stripe, or another external provider sends you to that provider, which may set its own cookies under its policy. Popriva must publish the final provider/subprocessor list before paid launch.
Your choices
- Use browser settings to inspect, block, or clear stored data.
- Signing out ends the current product session, although security and audit records may remain server-side.
- If optional analytics are introduced, Popriva must provide an appropriate consent or opt-out control before loading them where required.
