Who this notice covers

Popriva is operated by Lost Hills LLC, doing business as Popriva ("Popriva", "we", "us"), with public mailing address 1480 Colorado Blvd, Ste 200A #209, Los Angeles, CA 90041, United States. Contact us at [email protected].

This notice covers email signup for Popriva launch and early-access updates. Marketplace accounts and paid bookings are covered separately by the full Privacy Policy. Joining the list does not create an account or guarantee an invitation, paid work, income or promotion results.

What you provide and what we record

We collect your email address and, where the form asks, whether you are interested as an artist or creator. We record the signup time and the consent wording/version to understand what you requested. We also record any confirmation, withdrawal, synchronization or migration status needed to administer the list. Visiting the site sends connection information, including your IP address and browser request details, to the server and any third-party content your browser loads.

Why we use it

We use this information to maintain the requested list, send the launch and product updates you opted into, tailor updates to your selected role, answer questions, prevent duplicate or abusive signups and keep evidence of your choices. Imported records preserve the original request; import alone does not confirm an address or authorize unrelated marketing. If a confirmation step is used, you must complete it before receiving the messages that require it. We may retain a signup while sending is paused.

We rely on your request or consent for optional updates where required by applicable law, and on applicable legal obligations or our legitimate interest in administering your choices, responding to requests and preventing abuse where permitted. We do not rely on joining the list as permission for unrelated processing.

Consent and choices

Joining the list is voluntary. The form describes the communications requested; declining does not prevent you from browsing the public website. You can withdraw by using the unsubscribe method in an update or contacting [email protected]. Historical signup wording may tell you to reply to an update; we accept withdrawal through our public contact as well. You do not need an account or need to buy anything to unsubscribe. Withdrawal stops future optional updates and does not invalidate processing already lawfully undertaken.

Recipients and storage

Our application is hosted in the United States. Authorized hosting, database, storage and backup services process information needed to operate and recover the list. We maintain local signup records and use Loops where enabled to manage contacts and deliver email. If original signup records are imported into the marketplace, their original consent evidence is preserved; import does not itself send a message.

Other integrations may involve processing outside the United States. Our application’s hosting location does not mean every recipient processes information only in the United States. Where applicable law requires a transfer safeguard, we use an appropriate lawful arrangement. Contact [email protected] for information about the safeguards applicable to your data.

TikTok content and browser storage

The landing page includes embedded TikTok videos. When an embed loads, your browser communicates with TikTok, which receives connection/device information and may use its own storage under its policies. Embedded videos can currently load without a separate Popriva media-choice tool. Your email signup is separate from permission for optional browser storage. Retention and transition

We retain an ordinary launch-list record until you unsubscribe or until 24 months without relevant activity. We normally delete ordinary list records within 30 days after withdrawal or expiry. We may keep minimal consent and suppression evidence for three years after the last consent or withdrawal so we can respect your choice and demonstrate how it was handled.

Ordinary backups follow a rolling 90-day retention policy and are not used to resume sending to a person who withdrew. A specific legal obligation or documented legal hold can require us to keep limited information for longer. A request to erase information includes review of local records, email-provider copies and backups; it does not mean immediate erasure of every recovery copy.

If you later create a marketplace account, your launch-list signup does not silently authorize broader account marketing. We provide the applicable account notice and request any permission required for materially different uses.

Your privacy requests

Contact [email protected] to ask about access, correction, deletion or withdrawal. Include the address used for signup and your request, without sending unnecessary sensitive documents. We may verify that you control the address. Rights, exceptions, response periods and the right to complain to a privacy regulator depend on the law that applies to you. If we cannot fulfill part of a request, we will explain the reason where permitted.

Changes and eligibility

The service is for people who are at least 18 and legally able to enter a binding agreement. We operate worldwide subject to applicable law, sanctions and provider coverage. If you believe a child’s information was submitted improperly, contact [email protected]. We make the current notice available with the signup form and explain material changes when required; changing this notice does not create permission for unrelated messages.
